California Integrative Veterinary Services is a small, privately-owned business. We offer various payment options for your convenience. We accept credit card payments, Zelle, and cash.
We are pleased to inform you that we now accept Trupanion Direct for insurance payments. As a Trupanion-certified facility, we are authorized to process payments directly from Trupanion.
We do not require a deposit for your appointment. Payment for the session is collected prior to beginning the appointment. Additionally, payment for any additional services rendered during the appointment is due at the time of service.
For custom-ordered items and medications, such as wheelchairs, braces, and herbal supplements, payment must be received before the order is placed.
